This pure copper yukihira pot is hand-polished by craftsmen in Tsubame, Niigata, a city with a long history of metalworking in Japan. The skills passed down through generations are used to shape copper into cookware trusted by many professional cooks.

Copper spreads heat quickly and evenly, bringing out the flavor of ingredients and making the pot useful for a wide range of cooking. A polish for copper and brass is included, so the pot can be kept looking good and used for a long time with regular care.
