This nakiri vegetable knife is part of Fuji Cutlery's Reigetsu series and is designed for slicing, dicing, and chopping vegetables with its straight, flat-edged blade. The blade is 165 mm (6.5 in) long and made of molybdenum steel, which resists corrosion and holds its edge well with repeated use. Overall length is about 29 cm (11.4 in), and the knife weighs around 170 g (6 oz).
The handle is molded from POM resin and fitted with an 18-8 stainless steel bolster that is durable and easy to keep clean.
