Hasegawa Plastic Makisu Sushi Rolling Mat L Blue

This sushi rolling mat (makisu) from Hasegawa is made with polypropylene slats and PET resin thread. Because the slats are joined with a single filament and have no knots, water drains off easily after rinsing.

The mat is heat resistant up to 120°C (248°F). Keep it away from direct heat or open flame, and avoid cleaning it with a metal scouring pad or brush, since either can deform the mat or break the threads.
