Hokuriku Aluminum Plateard EM Induction Frying Pan 26cm A-2683

This frying pan from Hokuriku Aluminum's Platerad EM series has a two layer clad body, with a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum alloy interior.

This full surface clad construction is designed to work especially well with induction (IH) cooktops. The cooking surface has a PTFE Platinum non-stick coating for added durability, while the exterior has a satin finish and the handle is natural wood.

The bottom is about 2.2 mm (0.1 in) thick, and the pan is made using a metal spinning process. It measures about 48 x 27.6 x 10.1 cm (18.9 x 10.9 x 4 in) and weighs 689 g (24.3 oz).

It is made in Japan.
