This stainless steel oil pot from Kyoto Katsugu is designed for storing and reusing cooking oil. Its wide mouth opening makes it convenient for the oil seasoning step used when preparing a cast iron frying pan, as well as for everyday oil storage. A wooden handle gives the pot a modern look that pairs well with the stainless steel body, and it comes with a mesh strainer, though a filter cartridge is not included.
