Pro Grade Adjustable Thickness Slicer with Holder PGS-03

This Pro Grade slicer lets you adjust the thickness of each slice by turning a dial, which raises and lowers the blade. Three thickness settings are available, 1 mm (0.04 in), 1.5 mm (0.1 in), and 2 mm (0.1 in), so you can match the cut to what you are preparing.

The slicer comes with a holder to keep your hand clear of the blade while you work. It measures 29.5 x 10 x 3.4 cm (11.6 x 3.9 x 1.3 in) and weighs 121 g (4.3 oz / 0.27 lb), and it is made in Japan.
