Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Cabbage Slicer with Holder ACB-657

This cabbage slicer lets you slice a cabbage half directly on the blade, without cutting it into smaller pieces first. A holder attaches over the blade to guard your hand as the cabbage gets smaller, so you can use the whole head safely down to the last slice.

For storage, the holder sets onto the body to cover the blade, and a lock lever secures it in place so the holder will not come loose.

Made in Japan, the slicer measures 33.2 x 17 x 5.5 cm (13.1 x 6.7 x 2.2 in) and weighs about 415 g (14.6 oz / 0.91 lb). The blade is stainless steel, the body is ABS resin, the holder is polypropylene, and the lock lever is polyacetal.
