Shimomura Prograde Speed Cabbage Slicer PGS-15

The Shimomura Prograde PGS-15 is a cabbage slicer with a wide slicing blade for fast, effortless cutting.

The blade is made from molybdenum vanadium steel, the same grade of steel used in professional kitchen knives, so it stays sharp through extended use.

A holder is included and doubles as a blade cover for storage. The unit measures 332 mm (13.1 in) in length and weighs about 330 g (11.6 oz / 0.73 lb). Made in Japan.
