Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Ceramic Knife Sharpener ACT-662

This knife sharpener from the Ajiwai Shokubo series by Shimomura Kogyo uses ceramic stones to bring back the cutting edge of your kitchen knife.

To use it, simply draw the knife back and forth through the sharpener. It is for stainless steel double-bevel knives.

The handle fits the hand and keeps it away from the blade for safer use. It weighs 90 g (3.2 oz). Made in Japan.
