Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Orange Peeler Cutter AOC-714

This orange cutter lets you remove both the thick peel and the thin pith of citrus fruit quickly with one tool.

The cutter blade scores the thick peel so it is easier to peel by hand. For the thin pith, you slide a segment of the fruit across the cutter blade, which cleanly removes it without you having to touch it with your hands.

The blade rotates and folds away so it can be stored safely and compactly. It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
