Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Sharp Cabbage Peeler ASC-733

This cabbage peeler from the Ajiwai Shokubo series by Shimomura Kogyo shreds cabbage smoothly with light pressure.

The sharp stainless steel blade is set at an angle, so it enters the food diagonally. Cuts start smoothly and slicing takes little force. The wide design makes large cabbages easier to handle, and the rounded handle is comfortable to grip.

It measures about 170 mm (6.7 in) long, weighs about 65 g (2.3 oz / 0.14 lb), and is dishwasher safe. Made in Japan.
