Shimomura Full Veggie Adjustable Thickness Mandoline Slicer FV-621

This mandoline slicer is part of the Full Veggie series of kitchen tools designed to make preparing vegetables and fruit simple and convenient.

You can adjust the slice thickness to suit each dish. Just switch the knob on the back of the slicer to choose from three settings: about 1 mm (0.04 in), 1.5 mm (0.06 in) or 2 mm (0.08 in).

A holder guards your hand from the blade, so you can slice food safely down to small pieces without waste. The slicer is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
