The Shimomura Prograde PG-607 is a mandoline slicer with a wide blade that can slice through a quarter head of cabbage in one pass.
A slide lever on the back moves forward and back, letting you freely adjust the slice thickness to suit what you are preparing. Thickness can be set anywhere from 0.8 mm (0.03 in) to 1.5 mm (0.1 in).
A holder is included. The unit measures 390 mm (15.4 in) in length and weighs about 370 g (13.1 oz / 0.82 lb). Made in Japan.
