This garlic tool from Shimomura Kogyo's Full Veggie series has a double-edged blade, so moving it back and forth over the garlic minces it quickly in both directions.

A holder guards your hand from the blade, keeping your hands free of garlic odor while you work safely and without waste. A brush built into the holder lets you quickly gather up the minced garlic.

It measures 21 x 5.6 x 2.7 cm (8.3 x 2.2 x 1.1 in) and weighs 45 g (1.6 oz). It is made in Japan.
