Shimomura Nabetomo Garlic Mincer NBT-606

This garlic mincer is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Nabetomo series, a line of tools designed to make cooking hot pot at home easier and more enjoyable.

The blade is double edged, sharpened on both sides, so sliding the garlic back and forth minces it quickly. A holder guards your hand from the blade, keeping the smell off your hands while you mince safely and without waste. A built-in brush on the holder lets you quickly gather up the minced garlic.

It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
