Shimomura Full Veggie Ginger Grater FV-660

This ginger grater is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Full Veggie series, a line of tools designed to make everyday prep of vegetables and fruit quicker and easier.

The etched stainless steel blade grates ginger into a light, fluffy texture, and a catching tray underneath collects the grated ginger so it does not scatter. When not in use, the tray doubles as a cover for the blade.

Besides ginger, the grater also works well on hard foods such as cheese and on citrus fruit. It is made in Japan.
