Shimomura Full Veggie Kurumaru Sharp Peeler with Cover

This vegetable peeler is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Full Veggie series, a line of kitchen tools designed to make specific vegetable prep tasks quicker and easier. The angled blade is sharp enough to peel with light pressure.

A small hook at the top edge of the blade helps the peeled skin separate cleanly instead of bunching up, and the arm section of the blade can also be used to peel burdock root (gobo).

A cover is included so the blade can be stored safely. It measures about 16.5 x 7.5 x 2.5 cm (6.5 x 3 x 1 in), weighs 47 g (1.7 oz / 0.10 lb), and is made in Japan.
