This mini slicer from the Fullvege series is easy to use in the kitchen or right at the table. The blade is sharpened in both directions, so you can slice quickly by moving the food back and forth.
Slice cucumber directly over salads or vinegared dishes. You can also slice green onion as a topping for miso soup or soba noodles. The back has a grating surface for ginger, wasabi and other condiments.
It measures 17.4 x 5.3 x 2.3 cm (6.9 x 2.1 x 0.9 in) and weighs 30 g (1.1 oz / 0.07 lb). It is made in Japan.
