Shimomura Fullvege Onion Slicer and Chopper FV-661

Part of the Fullvege series, this tool is made for one specific job: slicing and chopping onions quickly and evenly. It has two working sides, one for chopping and one for slicing, so you flip it over depending on what you need.

The slicing side cuts onions to a thin 0.8 mm (0.03 in), good for salads, while the chopping side cuts them into roughly 7 mm (0.3 in) cubes, useful for stir-fries, hamburger patties, and other dishes that call for chopped onion. A holder guards your hand from the blades so you can cut safely right down to the last piece.

The slicer measures 28 x 9 x 1.8 cm (11 x 3.5 x 0.7 in) and weighs 87 g (3.1 oz), and it is dishwasher safe.
