Shimomura Fullvege Julienne Slicer for Storage Containers FV-675

This slicer is part of the Fullvege series, a line of tools designed to make prepping vegetables and fruit quick and enjoyable, with each tool built for a specific food-prep task. This model has two cutting sides so you can switch between a julienne (fine matchstick) cut and a tsuma-giri (fine garnish) cut.

It comes with an adjuster called the Slicer Companion, which attaches to the slicer and lets you slice directly into a variety of common storage containers so it fits snugly against the opening. This helps keep sliced food from scattering or spilling over the edge of the container, so you can cut, season, and store your prepped vegetables in the same container.
