Shimomura Full Veggie Shirishiri Julienne Slicer Fits Storage Containers FV-676

This shirishiri slicer is part of the Full Veggie series, a line of tools designed to make preparing vegetables and fruit quick and simple. It cuts thick, julienne-style strips with a satisfying texture in just a few passes.

An included adapter, the Slicer no Otomo, lets you slice directly into common storage containers so cut food does not scatter or spill over the edge, letting you cut, season, and store everything in one container. The set includes one slicer and one adapter. It measures 26.8 x 9 x 4.9 cm (10.6 x 3.5 x 1.9 in) and weighs 120 g (4.2 oz / 0.26 lb). Made in Japan.
