Shimomura Kagetsuna Stainless Steel Petty Knife 125mm

This petty knife is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Kagetsuna line. Its small size makes it easy to maneuver for cutting fruit and other small ingredients.

The blade is made of stainless steel, which resists rust and is easy to care for. The handle and blade are formed as one seamless piece, so dirt does not collect at the joint between them, keeping the knife hygienic and durable.
