Shimomura Mushina Universal Steamer Basket Free Size FM-01

Mushina is a free-size steamer basket that fits many different sizes of pots you already own. It adjusts from 14 cm (5.5 in) up to 23 cm (9.1 in) across.

The stand detaches in one touch. Without it, the basket works as a free-size drop lid for simmering. It folds up compactly, so it is easy to store.

It measures 23 x 23 x 5.5 cm (9.1 x 9.1 x 2.2 in) and weighs 200 g (7.1 oz / 0.44 lb). It is made in Japan.
