Shimomura Nabetomo Scallion Scissors NBT-403

These scissors are part of the Nabetomo series, created to make hot pot cooking at home easier and more enjoyable. They are kitchen scissors with a cover that lets you cut scallions directly without using a cutting board.

Press a scallion against the cover and snip with the blades to get evenly sized chopped pieces. The pieces drop down through the cover and stay contained instead of scattering, so you can cut right over your dish. Remove the cover and the scissors work as standard kitchen scissors for a variety of other ingredients.
