Shimomura Pro Grade Non-Stick Clear Rice Paddle PG-657

This clear rice paddle belongs to the Pro Grade series from Shimomura Kogyo, which brings professional function to home cooking. It is made of TPX (polymethylpentene), a material developed with Mitsui Chemicals technology.

TPX resists sticking, stands up to high heat without melting or warping, and repels water, so colors from dishes such as curry are less likely to transfer. Combined with an embossed surface, it keeps rice grains from sticking so you can serve neatly.

When laid flat, a bump on the handle lifts the tip off the table or counter for better hygiene. The paddle is about 210 mm (8.3 in) long and dishwasher safe. Made in Japan.
