Shimomura Pro Grade Non-Stick Clear Stir-Fry Spoon PG-207

This clear stir-fry spoon from the Pro Grade series by Shimomura Kogyo combines the strengths of a spatula and a ladle. One tool lets you stir-fry, scoop and plate.

It is made of TPX (polymethylpentene), a material developed with Mitsui Chemicals technology. Food is less likely to stick, it stands up to high heat without melting or warping, and it repels water so colors from dishes like mapo tofu or curry are less likely to transfer. Cleanup is easy.

The spoon is about 260 mm (10.2 in) long and dishwasher safe. Made in Japan.
