Shimomura Pro Grade Non-Stick Clear Tamagoyaki Turner PG-208

This clear turner for tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet) belongs to the Pro Grade series from Shimomura Kogyo. It is made of TPX (polymethylpentene), a material developed with Mitsui Chemicals technology.

TPX resists sticking, stands up to high heat without melting or warping, and repels water and stains, so cleanup is easy. The short handle makes it easy to flip the egg from the back of the pan toward you. Roll the egg to match the width of the spatula for a neat finish, no special skill required.

It is about 175 mm (6.9 in) long, weighs about 18 g (0.6 oz / 0.04 lb), and is dishwasher safe. Made in Japan.
