Shimomura Pro Grade Quick Vegetable Slicer and Grater Set PG-647

This all-in-one prep set from Shimomura Kogyo's Pro Grade line handles five different vegetable prep tasks with a single unit. The set includes a thickness-adjustable slicer, a wave and waffle slicer, a julienne slicer, a fine julienne slicer, a grater with a colander container, and a rotating vegetable holder.

The rotating holder keeps vegetables firmly in place so you can cut safely and efficiently at a comfortable angle all the way to the end, with little waste. All the pieces nest together in a storage container that stands upright, so the set takes up little counter or drawer space.

The set measures about 21.5 x 11 x 29 cm (8.5 x 4.3 x 11.4 in) and weighs 800 g (28.2 oz / 1.76 lb).
