Shimomura Pro Grade Speed Grater for Ginger and Garlic PG-633

This compact grater from Shimomura Kogyo's Pro Grade line is designed for grating ginger, garlic, and other aromatics into a fine, smooth paste. The blade uses an etching process that melts and sharpens the tip of each tooth, so it cuts through the fibers of the food as it grates for a smooth result with fine, even grains.

A holder is included so you can grate without the aroma transferring to your hands, letting you use the full piece of ginger or garlic safely and without waste.

The grater is dishwasher safe and made in Japan. It measures 21 x 5.6 x 3.5 cm (8.3 x 2.2 x 1.4 in) and weighs 42 g (1.5 oz / 0.09 lb).
