This ProGrade bread knife from Shimomura Kogyo has a sharp edge that cuts bread with a light touch. The blade thins toward the tip and has a keen serrated edge.

The handle fits the hand and is shaped so your knuckles do not hit the cutting board, even at the end of a cut. The knife weighs about 145 g (5.1 oz).

A sheath is included for convenient storage and carrying, and the knife is dishwasher safe. Made in Japan.
