Shimomura Prograde Mandoline Slicer Set with Julienne Blades PG-653

This mandoline-style prep set from Shimomura Kogyo combines four kinds of cutting in one tool: slicing, julienne, fine julienne, and grating.

The blades cut with light pressure, giving clean, even results on vegetables.

A catch container is included to hold the food as you cut.

The blades are stainless steel, with an AS resin lid, a polypropylene holder, and an ABS resin housing with rubber non-slip feet.
