Shimomura Super Kirex Ceramic Knife Sharpener Red CT-14R

Give your knife a quick pass before use, and anyone can sharpen it easily with this knife sharpener. The ceramic whetstone keeps its sharpening power over time, so the edge it gives stays just as effective after repeated use.

It works on both double-edged and single-edged knives, as well as scissors, so it is handy to keep near the cutting board. Made in Japan.
