Shinko Copper Grater with Stainless Steel Tray 15cm

Unlike a grater whose teeth are stamped by machine, this one has its teeth raised one by one by hand using a traditional metal-engraving technique, giving it excellent sharpness. Because it grates without separating the fibers from the moisture in the food, it preserves nutrients and produces a truly flavorful result.

The grating surface is tin-plated copper set into an 18-8 stainless steel tray with a rubber gasket, and the tray can also double as a bowl or serving dish on its own.

It measures about 13 x 13 x 6 cm (5.1 x 5.1 x 2.4 in) and weighs about 370 g (13.1 oz / 0.82 lb).
