Taniguchi Metal Aluminum Alloy Bat Tray No.8 16x11cm

This aluminum alloy prep tray, also called a bat, is made in Japan by Taniguchi Metal. The aluminum alloy construction resists bending and deformation, making it a durable tool for everyday kitchen use.

This is the No. 8 size, measuring 16 x 11 x 2.8 cm (6.3 x 4.3 x 1.1 in) and weighing 60 g (2.1 oz / 0.13 lb). Use it to hold ingredients during food prep or to store food.

This tray is not designed for use over direct flame, on an induction (IH) cooktop, in an oven, or in a dishwasher.
