This is a round cake pan from Tiger Crown's Albrit series, made of aluminum with a double-coat fluorine resin nonstick coating. It has a removable bottom, which makes it easy to release cakes cleanly after baking.

Aluminum has high heat conductivity and is lightweight and resistant to rust, while the double fluorine resin coating lets food release easily and makes the pan simple to wash. It can be used for baked goods as well as for desserts that are chilled in the mold.

The pan measures 21 x 21 x 6.6 cm (8.3 x 8.3 x 2.6 in) and weighs 160 g (5.6 oz). It is made in Japan.
