Tiger Crown Albrit Round Cake Pan with Removable Bottom 18cm Nonstick 5240

This Albrit round cake pan has a removable bottom and is made of aluminum, a metal with high heat conductivity, coated twice with fluororesin for a reliable nonstick surface.

Because it is aluminum, the pan resists rust and stays very light to handle. The two-coat fluororesin finish lets cakes release cleanly, and the removable bottom makes it easy to lift the finished cake out. It is also simple to wash after use.

It measures 18 x 18 x 5.8 cm (7.1 x 7.1 x 2.3 in) and weighs 140 g (4.9 oz). Use it for baking cakes and other treats, or for chilled desserts once they come out of the oven. Made in Japan.
