Tiger Crown Albrit Square Cake Pan with Removable Bottom 15cm 5263

This Albrit square cake pan from Tiger Crown is made of aluminum that has been coated twice with fluororesin. Aluminum conducts heat well, resists rust, and keeps the pan lightweight.

The fluororesin coating lets baked goods release cleanly and makes the pan easy to wash. It can be used for baked treats as well as chilled desserts, and the removable bottom makes unmolding easier.

The pan measures 15 x 15 x 6 cm (5.9 x 5.9 x 2.4 in) and weighs 145 g (5.1 oz / 0.32 lb). It is made in Japan.
