Tiger Crown Albrit Nonstick Tart Pan with Removable Bottom 16cm 5244

This is a nonstick tart pan from Tiger Crown's Albrit series, with a removable bottom that makes it easy to release the finished tart in one piece. The aluminum body conducts heat efficiently and is coated twice with fluororesin, which gives it good resistance to rust while keeping it very lightweight.

The double fluororesin coating also means baked goods release cleanly from the pan and cleanup is simple. It measures 15.8 x 15.8 x 2 cm (6.2 x 6.2 x 0.8 in) and weighs 65 g (2.3 oz / 0.14 lb).

The pan can be used for both baked tarts and chilled desserts. It is made in Japan.
