Tiger Crown Albrit Tart Pan with Removable Bottom 12cm Nonstick 5171

This tart pan from Tiger Crown has a removable bottom that makes it easy to release baked tarts cleanly. The aluminum body conducts heat efficiently and resists rust, while staying very lightweight at 28 g (1 oz).

The fluorocarbon resin nonstick coating is applied in two layers, so baked goods release easily and the pan is simple to wash afterward. It measures 11.8 x 11.8 cm (4.6 x 4.6 in) with a height of 1.8 cm (0.7 in).

It can be used for baked tarts as well as chilled desserts, and it is made in Japan.
