Tiger Crown Albrit Square Tart Pan with Removable Bottom 16cm 5175

The Albrit Square Tart Pan with Removable Bottom from Tiger Crown is a square pan for baking a full-size tart, with a bottom that lifts out separately from the ring for easy unmolding.

Its aluminum body is coated twice with fluorine resin for a dependable nonstick surface. Aluminum conducts heat efficiently and resists rust, keeping the pan lightweight at 70 g (2.5 oz) while measuring 15.8 x 15.8 x 2.4 cm (6.2 x 6.2 x 0.9 in). The coating releases baked goods cleanly and wipes clean after use.

The pan works well for both baked pastries and chilled desserts. Made in Japan.
