Tiger Crown Black Fruit Cake Pan Heart Silicone Coated Steel 5071

This heart-shaped fruit cake pan is designed for baking small individual fruit cakes. The steel body has a silicone resin coating in a Black finish, which conducts heat well and lets each cake release cleanly from the mold.

The silicone resin coating also makes the pan easy to clean, and its compact shape suits other small baked goods as well.

The pan measures 9.6 x 9.6 x 2.9 cm (3.8 x 3.8 x 1.1 in) and weighs 65 g (2.3 oz / 0.14 lb). It is made in Japan.
