Urushiyama IH Gat Frying Pan 20cm GAT-F20

The Urushiyama GAT-F20 is a lightweight 20 cm (7.9 in) frying pan made in Japan for induction (IH) cooktops. The body is formed by a spinning process into a deep, lightweight pan with a wide cooking surface, a shape that works well for many kinds of dishes.

The rim has a flanged edge for durability and resistance to deformation, and the bottom is 3.0 mm (0.1 in) thick. The handle is a short wooden handle designed to be easy to hold.

The pan measures 38.8 x 21.2 x 11.3 cm (15.3 x 8.3 x 4.4 in) and weighs 440 g (15.5 oz / 0.97 lb).
