Urushiyama IH Gat Frying Pan 26cm GAT-F26

The Urushiyama GAT-F26 is a lightweight 26 cm (10.2 in) frying pan made in Japan for induction (IH) cooktops. The body is formed by a spinning process into a deep, lightweight pan with a wide cooking surface, a shape that works well for many kinds of dishes.

The rim has a flanged edge for durability and resistance to deformation, and the bottom is 3.0 mm (0.1 in) thick. The handle is a short wooden handle designed to be easy to hold.

The pan measures 44.8 x 27.2 x 12.7 cm (17.6 x 10.7 x 5 in) and weighs 690 g (24.3 oz / 1.52 lb).
