Urushiyama IH Gat Frying Pan 28cm GAT-F28

The Urushiyama GAT-F28 is a lightweight 28 cm (11 in) frying pan made in Japan for induction (IH) cooktops. The body is formed by a spinning process into a deep, lightweight pan with a wide cooking surface, a shape that works well for many kinds of dishes.

The rim has a flanged edge for durability and resistance to deformation, and the bottom is 3.0 mm (0.1 in) thick. The handle is a short wooden handle designed to be easy to hold.

The pan measures 46.8 x 29.2 x 13.4 cm (18.4 x 11.5 x 5.3 in) and weighs 785 g (27.7 oz / 1.73 lb).
