Urushiyama Ryoga Deep Frying Pan 22cm for Gas Stove

This 22 cm (8.7 in) deep pan is part of Urushiyama's Ryoga series and is made for gas stovetops only. It is about 20 percent lighter than earlier models, making it easier to lift and maneuver, while the thick cast aluminum alloy base, 4.2 mm (0.2 in) thick, stores heat at the bottom and carries it quickly and evenly up the sides.

The pan is built to balance strong heating performance with everyday ease of use, and the surface resists scratches and resists food sticking, so it rinses clean easily.

It measures 39 x 23 x 9.9 cm (15.4 x 9.1 x 3.9 in) and weighs 610 g (21.5 oz). It is made in Japan.
