Urushiyama Ryoga Stir-Fry Pot 24cm for Gas Stove

The Ryoga stir-fry pan from Urushiyama is a 24 cm (9.4 in) frying pan for use on gas stoves only. It has a thick-bottomed cast aluminum body that stores heat at the base and carries it quickly and evenly up the sides for steady, even cooking.

Compared to earlier models, this pan is about 20 percent lighter, at 760 g (26.8 oz / 1.68 lb), which makes it easier to lift and handle. The design aims for a balance between strong heat performance and everyday ease of use.

The surface resists scratches and food does not stick easily, so the pan rinses clean with just water. It is made in Japan.
