Urushiyama Ryoga Tamagoyaki Pan Medium for Gas Stove

The Ryoga tamagoyaki pan from Urushiyama is a medium rectangular frying pan made for cooking Japanese rolled omelette (tamagoyaki) on a gas stove only. It measures 40.5 x 14.8 x 7.7 cm (15.9 x 5.8 x 3 in) and weighs 812 g (28.6 oz / 1.79 lb).

It has a thick-bottomed cast aluminum body that stores heat at the base and carries it quickly and evenly up the sides, and is about 20 percent lighter than earlier models for easier handling.

The surface resists scratches and food does not stick easily, so the pan rinses clean with just water. It is made in Japan.
