This stir-fry pan is made in Japan from cast aluminum and is designed for gas stovetops. The bottom is 2.6 mm (0.1 in) thick, and the cast aluminum body keeps the pan light while remaining durable for everyday cooking.
The 28 cm (11 in) cooking surface gives enough room for stir-frying and other dishes that benefit from a wide, deep pan. Production, from casting through to the finished pan, takes place in Japan from start to finish.
