The pan is manufactured in Japan from start to finish. The body measures 46.4 x 27 x 10 cm (18.3 x 10.6 x 3.9 in) and has a bottom thickness of 2.6 mm (0.1 in), giving it a solid feel while keeping the overall weight down.
Because this pan is made for gas burners, it is not intended for use on induction (IH) cooktops.
