Urushiyama Sovi Deep Frying Pan for Gas Stoves 24cm

This 24 cm (9.4 in) deep pan from Urushiyama's Souvie series is made for gas stovetops only and works well for stir-frying and other everyday cooking. The thick aluminum base is built to spread heat evenly for consistent cooking.

The interior is finished with a PTFE Platinum non-stick coating, so food releases easily and cleanup stays simple. The pan can be used with metal spatulas and works well for cooking with less oil.

At 45.5 x 25 x 12.7 cm (17.9 x 9.8 x 5 in) and 720 g (25.4 oz), this lightweight pan is easy to handle. It is made in Japan.
